If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Wotolux will cover the applicable return shipping costs. For returns due to personal preference or ordering the wrong item, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Yes. The hanging wire can be shortened during installation to suit your ceiling height and space.

Is the light compatible with sloped ceilings?

Can I request a different hanging wire length?
