30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned with the original packaging and accessories.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Wotolux will cover the applicable return shipping costs. For returns due to personal preference or ordering the wrong item, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
